The rar file is a compressed file. You'll need 7 zip or a similar program to extract the contents. Here's a link for downloading 7zip. http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
The nude skin itself is a tpf file. You'll need a program called texmod to run the nude skin. Here's a link http://www.gamevixenzone.com/gvz/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=6
