Ive read a lot of the other post but none of them to me really clarify what is required to do to be able to download an of the mods. So if someone could clarify that for me it would be greatly appreciated.

You need to have 10 Posts to get download authorization.

now does that include replying to your own post or does it have to be 10 completly band new posts?

I use the google toolbar and it easily translates pages of any language. Hope this helps.

The "Download" was disapeared when i log in again on the other days

It is so that we have an automatic System in the Forum.
If you have 10 posts or more, than you have Access to the Downloads.

But tonidoc has deleted your meaningless Posts so that you have now only 1 Post.

So the automatic system has canceled your access to the Downloads. You can see them, but you can not download them.
