Suiko do you have Window 8? Because if you do, the only way the mods work is on a different drive that doesn't have windows on it. (For Example A:\SteamLibrary2\SteamApps\common\mortalkombat ) or if you disable UAC. Also, you want to make sure you're copying over the files in the directory ...
